Well, I searched more and the X1600Pro seems to be the best bang for the buck.
All the faster cards are more expensive(Even some older Radeon 9000-series that are faster, but have worse graphics), plus this one supports OGL2 , DX9c, pixel shader 3, hardware video acceleration and 512MB of RAM (As much as my whole system in fact...) Seems like AGP 4X and 8X don't have a big difference between both also.
When I compare this : 170$ Jupiter Digital (?) 6600 256MB vs. 170$ Sapphire X1600Pro 512MB, I think that my choice is made. |
