| I want to thank everyone who submitted useful info. Like i stated earlier I am pretty new on how SATA works. I guess I was just being dumb by thinking it would operate like a regular EID drive. Thought all I had to do was set the jumper to Master and that would be it. I am currently doing a lil more research like reading the MB manual, checking the BIOS settings, updating and copying drivers (floppy). Hopefully with all the info I received on this thread I will get it right. Again I want to thank everyone for taking the time to help out a complete stranger in his time of need. |
