Garmin and Bendix/King are my favorite. I know they're of great quality and accuracy, too, as those are what's in the planes I fly 
For ground nav, I've only seen the Garmin in action and was pretty sweet setting it to show me how to get to a party a few weeks ago (trusted it enough not to get mapquest, hehe).
