Well, the problem that I think I will be running into is the fact that I'll be moving 2200+ miles to get to the place that I'm thikning of opening a business for...I will know NOBODY! That's one of my main concerns. And as for doing the research and then low balling the heck out of people...that's what I intend to do. :-)
