Yea, they don't currently have anything but dialup and satellite Internet where he is going...
Or a McDonalds, Jack-in-da-box, Burger King, Carl's Jr, 7-11, Starbucks, k-mart, Walmart, Costco, or even one red light for that matter... 
Still the best thing he could possibly be doing!!!
