I've had no issues with any eVGA cards. I contacted customer support regarding their "Step-Up" program around 9PM one night, and before I got to work the next morning (6AM) I had a response that answered my question and gave me more information than I asked for. So CS seems to be good.
Oh, and I think eVGA is the only manufacturer to warranty the card IF you change the heatsink on it, as long as it's a certified HS for the model. I know PNY and BFG will not warranty it if you change the HS on it... |
