Another way around this... connecting the HDD LED to the power header, and the power LED to the HDD header makes everything function well. Only thing is that power on is now indicated in bright red, and HDD activity in bright blue.
The shock thing may be unrelated, as this is the heaviest aluminum front bezel I have ever seen, mounted on a steel frame. Most cases here seem to have some plastic, but not here. Some pieces of metal are probably a 1/4" thick or more! |
