Yep,
Media Player Classic is the only truly FREE one that I know of, well I guess VLC Media Player can also play DVD's but I don't use it for that. It's also FREE

VLC Media Player
InterActual = Evil
I can't stand that crappy player and really hate it when DVD's want to try and install it.
