Isellsurplus.com has PowerDVD v6 OEM for free, plus shipping (cost like $7.35 for USPS prority shipping). You can then if you want upgrade to the standard version for $20, and the Deluxe version for $30. So it's like $20 off one of those version including your shipping of the "free" version.
