But not this time.
The today show did a interview with the creator and his family, this morning
25,000 lights in real time, on 6-10pm each night in Mason, OH.
He broadcasts the sound in FM stereo with no speakers at the house to avoid irritating the neighbors (but he says you can hear it loudly from some cars  )
Unfortunatly NBC has not posted their high quality video of it (MUCH, MUCH,MUCH better than any version I've seen on the web) YET!
The guy is a engineer for some GE company (so sort of an NBC employee, not eligible for the Xmas light contest  )
Costs them about $150 in electricity for december @ 4 hours a night. |
