The whole thing is fixed now. It took nearly all day to sort it out yesterday. The bank of course blamed my employer (State of Alaska), The State payroll people said they don't have the ability to withdrawl money from someones account (which is true, they don't) so I was left in the middle. The long and short of it was the State overpaid me $134 and realized it right after they sent my pay out electronically for deposit so they issued a reversal on the check. The thing was the deposit wasn't scheduled until today but for some reason the reversal went through yesterday and they don't know why. Anyway they're looking into that because the computer "Shouldn't be able to do that" 
They've credited back all the charges and put my $$ back into the account so all is good. I Just won't get my "corrected" paycheck until tomorrow.
