My suggestion would be to try and get a ball about the size you want. Then forum some fiberglass around it.
Will be a lot of work, and might have a failure or two... but it would me a lot cheaper and would be a great sense of pride. (And I'm sure if you document all the way through BB would be happy to put up an article on it) |
