I've ordered from the recently. Fast shipping, arrived a day earlier than I had expected. Even though I had cancelled the order because it wasn't the one I wanted.
Ordered on Thursday.
Cancelled on Friday - Shipped Friday AM - Credit Card Charged
Money Refunded on Credit Card - Called FedEx and refused delivery - Item returned to ClubIT
Talked to them on Friday AM, was understanding and saw the issue I had.
Talked to them on Monday to refund the money, and they did it immediately (although Credit Card took 2 days to show up). |
