dont buy Mcafee's Spam software, i got it for free in 4 of july (they called it anti spam day i think)
i like spampal much better, it's free
you need to choose what public blacklists you want to use (i use SBL, ORDB, SPCOP, WIREHUB, NJABL, BLITZED, DSBL and SpamRBL)
the regexfilter plugin is very good so you better activate it, and replace the rules file with the score system (if im not wrong the score system does not come with the plugin, but it's much better)

to use spampal with hotmail/msn accounts you will need hotmail popper (or yahoo popper for yahoo)
