Incidentally, my temps are pretty low with the exception of my nF4 chip. I need to mod it and add an Iceberg VGA cooler or something similar. My CPU manages to average around 40c during regular use and, as I said above, I've never seen it go above 42 unless I turn off/down the fan. I run it all at max though cause I'm paranoid.
I'm also looking in to removing the mesh from the side panels and replacing it with acrylic and adding a black light in the bottom. The case actually has a special mount point for a CCFL tube. Also, the front panel has space for 2 more fans on the controller. I've no idea where to put two more fans, especially since I had to remove one from the PCI door to allow the Sonic Tower to fit, though I was able to use the same connector again with the 120mm fan for the tower.
I'd love to get EvilCheese down to ooh and ahh over it since very few people in my area are geeky enough to appreciate the awesome power of my rig. |
