it was an unrelated driver for a wireless card....
its not the text either... thats fine for some reason....
for example on the internet explorer icon around the "e" theres a square of white around the actual icon instead of it being transparent.
 <-- for this you are seeing the round icon w/ the black background now picture a square behind that, thats white.... prolly lost most of u but im at work lol....
