I sicked my wife on them once...
They switched our long distance carrier without our permission...
Needless to say, I'm positive that the actual people she "talked" to are probably just now finishing thier therapy!!!
We ended up with a credit of $540.00 on our bill and didn't have to send them a check for almost 16 months.
The cable company also is signing up for therapy. Got a credit of $350 from them. |
