Haven't needed it yet, but my cousin used it from somewhere along the amazon (he's a grad student doing rainforest research) to keep in touch with the parent in Ohio for a couple years. Saved many $1000's in phone charges, and never had a problem.
With Sky-out and Sky-in (allows use to 'normal' phones) it seems worth considering particularly for international ($$$$$$) calls. |
