I don't know if it's the operating system or not that is giving me a problem. I've never had one on my other system. I have a brand new Lite-on cd/dvd drive. Other programs can write to it, like Media Player or Nero but not iTunes. When I open "burning Preferences" it says "No supported disc burners found". I've done what they suggest on the website; re-install iTunes and upgrade firmware on drive. Nothing. Has anyone had this problem and do you know how to fix it?
