I don't believe that they have all the internal politics and machonism that we have to deal with. Witch really REALLY hinders or LE.
If you read much about 9/11 you will find we did in fact have most (if not all) the pieces of info needed to stop that attack. But different agencies and even different branches with in the same agency did not share the info with each other. |
