what i have found is some people jsut dont want to upgrade they want their pc to last as long as their car...and if they dont want my help i dont offer it...like with my mom she wants me to make her comptuer faster without reformatting...and i dont have 6 hours to spend clearing the registry and delteing files so she said she is going to hire a "expert" to come to our house and do it...i told her i would gladly reformat it but i guess she would rather pay someone with about the smae expereicne as me 50$ an hour to do it...
