It's funny, I just can't seem to understand it. I always compare a comp to a car. Same kind of maintanance and same kind of paperwork. Just not as much on the paperwork end of it.
I was telling a friend of mine the other day about how much satifaction I actually get out of what I do here on the bench. I love to teach and explain stuff about a persons comp to them but it is so frustrating to hear that they don't care or just flat don't even want to know. A person I know still has Windows 98 and refuses to upgrade to XP. I get so mad sometimes I just say, hell with it, it's not my comp. Just sit back and watch their comp go down the drain. :banghead:
I wish I could start a movement like "Take back computer education" or something, I don't know. Most people are set in their ways though. |
