-Thanks for the good advice, but the PC is currently running on 2 (two) 128MB DDR266 modules on Dual-Channel config (effectively 533MHz), and only one empty slot left. If I add one more 256MB DDR400 stick (say), the system would then revert to 512MB SINGLE-CHANNEL DDR266!
-Also, in my place, the RAM price is still a bit high, & considering my friend is still a student...
