Right now if I liquidated everything, I would be up by almost $180,000.
In two weeks I will only be up $90,000... (pulling equity for huge remodel and construction including a detached 26' x 28' SUV garage with 730 Sq.Ft apartment on second story to rent for a grand a month!!!) (This might help explain my "Bob Vila" title...)
In a year I will be up an estimated $300,000...
In 19 years (retirement) I should be up a million or two, own 10 acres in Pacific Northwest, and be building a 3 to 4000 Sq.Ft. house with multiple shops/garages.
