I don't use UPS any more, and avoid USPS when popssible. You could still get stuck on duties and what not from companies other than UPS, but the process seems to be more clear up front to avoid it.
UPS and USPS are generally out for me, because even with my low volume of shipments, signing up for a FedEx account online makes my shipments cheaper than even USPS Priority. |
