| K, so it's been a few years since I had to mod a linux box to enable DNS. Someone remind me? I got the resolv.conf file straightened out, I think, but the line that deals with DNS in hosts.conf is beyond my capacity to remember at this moment (It's sad that I can honestly say I've forgotten more about computers than some people will ever learn). Would someone mind posting their hosts.conf line for DNS? I think it's like "order hosts,server,file" or something. |
