Communism in theory would be a good system, but like you said it can not happen because of human greed. There will ALWAYS be someone who wants what someone else has or want to lead a different way. It may seem silly but look at Star Trek. if you ever watched it you would realize how Communist their society was. Whatever they wanted they could have (replicators or what ever those things that made stuff were) hence no since of "i want what he has" of course their would still be fighting for power. So no communism cant work. I' m a college student and a repuiblican. I voted Bush cuz I think he was the lesser of two idiots  But in most colleges (mine at least) they are pretty anti-republican
