| If you do 70 on a dual acrrigeway or motorway, you are probably the slowest thing on it. Most cars travel between 80-90 mph, or higher. If you high beam someone to askthem to pull over, they will pull over, after putting their rear fog lights on to blind you first. Usually, if someone sees you coming up behind them they'll pull over. |
