 ...they are classified as bikes as long as they are under 40cc. so if i stay on the side of the street and use hand signals when cars are present i am good to go...u can read the laws on theri website...but its basically exactally like bikes and they cant go over 20mph...mine does 35 <---man i am a badass. and they have to be so quiet.
