You should be able to fdisk sbd and create a new partition on the extra space. You could mount it somewhere, but I'm not sure what you'd want to do with it.
Unfortunately, this is the only thing I can think to do without possible loss of data or having to re-do what is done. ThePMG or Dud3! might be able to help further.
