ya i live aboot 3 hrs south of enforcer and it is exactally the same here...one time when i was driving down the I-5 with my grandpa...i was driving i saw a truck pulled over on the side of the road with the driver starting at his tireless front left rim....then i saw a huge gash that his empty rim made on the freeway, appearntly his tire blew up or fell of while he was driving and he managed to get his truck into the alotted space for broken down cars without causing an accident, that is hard core...hats off that guy  .
