They have a few for decent prices, but check out this one, the Gigabyte GA-8KNXP:

Lots of cool stuff onboard, and it has ATA-133 on a 800 MHz fsb'ed board!! 6 DDR slots, RAID, Firewire, Gigabit ethernet, S-ATA... 
But, look at this pic, what is the riser card with the fan? It mounts right next to the cpu?!?
