Things I can think of:
1) Check for Spyware/Viruses
2) Make sure your home directories didn't accidently get marked as read only
3) Log in as admin (if your not already)
4) Check the Group Policies to make sure it didn't some how get changed to not keep setting changes (use gpedit.msc). |
