hmm Windows is way too user friendly  . nothing comes to mind taht will do that. i would say jsut remove all of the system icons, jsut leave her game icons. dont leave anything that shc could possibly wander into the control panel or c drive wiht. wait i jsut thought of an idea *i am too lazy to revise my post* a program taht comes on the windows 98 cd called POLedit its a policy editor and you can lockthe control panel,right click the start bar you can lock everything i dont know if it works in xp but we sure have fun with it on our schools pc's.
