In closing on "Da Man" I have actually met the Man, he isn't on the list. "The Man" is the highlight of Dixie's BBQ near Seattle. This black paste is just about the hottest stuff you will ever have, one chocalate chip size dippin of this stuff will mess you up for the afternoon. I had 2 helpings 
I can dig it up later, but I got a bumper sticker saying that I "Met the Man" at Dixies BBQ.
