I was reading on CNN that the German goverment is starting to soften their stance on Iraq (as well as it seems so is the whole EU), and they seem like they are starting to get more willing to help.
It seems that the EU realizes they now have to deal with Bush, and that Kerry won't come in and give away the farm. So they are now more willing to help out, and try to get back in the good graces of Bush & Iraq. |
