| You are so missing the point NA. In the cold war Russia had a huge arsenal of ICBM with lots of nuke war heads. They could have pushed a button and eliminated us but at same time we would have known and done the same to them. Now the threat is a a Terrorist getting their hands on one small nuke and sneaking it in and taking out a city are something. Very scary yes but not the same threat as the Cold War was. |
