Well other than the Deathstars IBM has made awesome drives... not sure how well Hitachi has taken that on though. Not a real big WD fan (years ago in a small shop I worked at we had over a 50% fail ratio on WD drives). Agree Maxtor's are OK.
And Seagate has moved to the top of my list now.... I have had Seagate drives fail, but when taken into scope (like 1000's of them I have worked with) it's very low. |
