I think it boils down this way for me:
Any newer machine - XP
Anything else - 2000
I hate searching for drivers... the newer OSes have the necessary crap already there. 2000 is a great OS, XP is good too but won't run with older hardware.
I also have an old P2 350 running Icepack Linux, but its just a plaything.
ME is an absolute joke, good for nothing at all... except maybe making a boot disk...maybe!!! |
