View Single Post - new psu... bad vga refresh

I have a new psu I am testing... Installed it in just like the old one, which had no problems.

Now, I can see lines scroll up the screen, as if the refresh was set wrong on the display settings. Noticed that the lines move faster the higher I set my rheobus to control any one of the three fans connected to it.

Can't fix it exceot to not have those fans connected... not an option. Tried checking all connection, running wires away from each other, all kinds of Windows and monitor adjustments... still there, and m eyes are getting tired!!

Ever see anything like this? Any suggestions? Seems like a great psu, but this is unacceptable.
