The A64 will most benefit from the PC3200. It's designed to run on a 200mhz(400mhz DDR)(PC3200) base clock and full memory bus bandwidth.
The 2500 Barton is 166mhz(333mhz), which only needs PC2700 if you aren't overclocking it via FSB. |
