Yes, the mobo will OC.
Yes, you really need to get a decent heatsink and fan, along with Shin Etsu X-23 or Artic Silver 5.
I didn't know I was.
If you need the Shin Etsu (best there is), I can give you the guy to contact for a tube, and I can tell you the best way to apply it (I should write a quick guide one day, it's really simple).
