View Single Post - Detecting S-ATA Raid array

Hey... Got my Seagate S-ata drives and started to re-install WinXP. The RAID BIOS is set up as RAID 1, and it sees both my drives... Start the XP install, and give it the floppy for the RAID drivers. But, then it tells me there are no drives for it to install onto? WTF

Do these drives need to be formatted or something? Never had this issue on IDE RAID, or just plain IDE...
