Yes I agree Poom youa re being to hard on yourself, your banner is good! And I am sure you can do better!! And its ok to be big headed, you like what you do and you do it well!! BB is just very very proud of his work, and this place is his "baby"... I have even hear that he kisses his screen goodnight!!!
