Ouch! A giant magnet should take care of that. I wonder if the guy survived, I mean, having a few nails in your brain is not the most life comforting thing, lot of damage. I touched a brain before, and it's VERY soft and fragile.
Maybe it was a machine nail gun, same concept as what they use in war, but nails. For the fast paced plank nailer. 
Kinda funny since I'm going through the few photos then I get an ad to buy "invest now" and buy stocks lol. Looking at something were someone got injured then they plug an advertisement in there.
