It's interesting that Apple acknowledged the issue. I remember when the iPhone 4 came out, a friend of mine was constantly complaining about dropped calls. It was so bad, he'd sometimes lose signal just walking down the street! He joked that dealing with the connectivity issues felt like trying to beat a high score in the Dinosaur Game – frustratingly unpredictable. Hopefully, Apple's response will actually resolve the problem for users.
