The International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (CS Mantech), one of the longest running conferences in this field, will take place from April 29 to May 2, 2019 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
CS Mantech 2019 features technical papers, talks, workshops, and manufacturer exhibits on the latest advances in compound semiconductor manufacturing and device technology. It attracts experts from industry, suppliers, and academia to discuss manufacturing-related topics such as processing, characterization, reliability, process control and yield.
Among the attendees will be representatives from k-Space, a worldwide supplier for the semiconductor manufacturing industry, offering tools to measure and monitor thin-film stress, surface roughness, thickness and deposition rate in real time during the manufacturing process.
