Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW) 2018 will take place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge from May 29th to June 1st.
CSW 2018 combines the 45th International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) and the 30th International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials (IPRM). CSW 2018 features a plenary session on the future of compound semiconductors as well as more than 30 invited talks by some of the world leaders in semiconductor materials.
