You don't want to be outside the firewall!( AS you found out) this needs to be setup as a secure VPN.
I've heard pretty good things about [url]http://www.realvnc.com/), but have never used it.
Leaving ANY open connection, on any computer has it's risks, but a hard firewall that does SPI, and VPN passthrough would probably work on your home end, what your works IT guys will allow is another question.[/url] |
