and alot of in store bakeries at chain stores recieve the bread dough as premade frozen loafs, they just thaw them and bake them as needed.. donuts too.
we had a local store of a large chain advertize that the cinnamon swirl bread was fresh made in store "this week only"
which just made it obvious that they don't really make anything there most of the time. |
